I love this pie. It's kinda healthy, if you set aside the cream :-)
With a salad on the side, could make a great lunch/dinner.
2 large onions, diced
butter flavored spray
2 Tbsp. mushroom soup powder
125 ml low-fat cream
2 cans of mushroom (about 310 grams of mushroom)
2 M eggs
250 gram cottage cheese
salt and pepper for seasoning
Heat the oven for 180 degrees Celsius.
spray a skillet with the butter spray and brown the onion till golden brown.
Add the mushroom powder and continue stirring.
Add the cream and cook till it thickens.
Take it off the stove and transfer to a bowl. Add the mushrooms, eggs, cottage cheese and season.
Spray a pan with the butter flavored spray and transfer the mixture into the pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden.
