This side dish is perfect with fish or meat.
Very easy, simple and tasty.
Chicken soup powder
800 gram frozen peas
300 gram Israeli couscous
Oil for frying
2.5 - 3 cups water
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the Israeli couscous and stir. Add the water and peas and keep stirring every couple of minutes, so the Israeli couscous won't stick to the pan.
Season with chicken soup powder and pepper and cook with the lid on until the peas and Israeli couscous are soft and done.
