Potato Wedges

potato wedges
I love potatoes in about any form.
Ever since I can remember myself, we ate potatoes.
My mother prepared each Monday meatballs and mashed potatoes, my father served us potatoes cooked in their peels and seasoned with salt and every event we went there was a potato dish, maybe it's a conspiracy, I don't know :-) ,
So now almost every weekend we make a simple dish of chicken cooked with peeled potatoes and a sauce.
Sometimes you look for something different, a potato, but still different, so I prepared a very tasty and simple potato and yam wedges, so good.
Cajun seasoning
olive oil
parchment paper
large baking pan
Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392F).
Wash the unpeeled potatoes and cut into wedges.
Peel the yams and cut into wedges too.
Place parchment paper on the baking pan and drizzle a bit of olive oil on the pan.
Mix the olive oil with the seasoning, add the wedges to the pan and spread well with the Cajun and olive oil paste.
Bake for an hour and bon appetite.
