Oreo cheesecake grave cupcake

I love cheesecakes, i especially love New York cheesecake.
I haven't been to New York yet, but when i ran into Good Food Magazine recipe, i had to make it, and I did as you can see over here.

So, now was the time to upgrade the recipe just a little bit and add to it Oreo,
but what can be more fun than making it an Oreo cheesecake grave cupcake?!

The recipe is just like before, but the baking times are a bit different.
For the Oreo cheesecake cupcakes, you need to set the oven for 180C and bake the 
biscuits for 6-8 minutes, then remove it from the oven and set the oven to 240C.
Make the batter and pour on top of the biscuits. 
Bake for 10 minutes and then lower the heat to 110C and bake for 15 minutes.
When done, let the cheesecakes sit in the closed oven for 2 hours, so they won't crack.

Very important, if you're not using paper tins, then cut small circles out of a 
parchment paper, spray the muffin tins with oil, place the circles and spray again.
Then add the biscuits crumbs and continue baking as mentioned above.

After that, prepare the glaze and spread evenly between the cupcakes.
Crumble Oreo cookies stuffed with chocolate filling and sprinkle on the cupcakes.
Take an Oreo and with melted white chocolate, write "R.I.P Oreo" OR
 whatever you feel like and stuck it on the cupcake.
