New York cheesecake

I made this recipe of New York cheesecake to Shavuot, and It was so good that I started making it a lot.
The recipe was adapted from Good Food magazine, and I've done a few changes over the years, this is a must-try recipe.

I wanted to make something special for Purim, one of the Jewish holidays,  and there you have it. An easy-to-make recipe that you'll enjoy making on your own or with your kids.

Sometimes I have a problem expressing myself, and that's why most of my posts are straight forward, but for this recipe, you don't need any introduction.

If you ever tried McDonald's milkshakes (and loved them, of course), you know you must try this recipe.

The recipe was adapted from the net (unfortunately, I don't remember the exact source).

Cookie - vanilla Milkshake

I love milkshakes. Such a cool and easy treat for these warm days.

I found a recipe on the net that resembles the chocolate milkshake of McDonald's, and with some mild changes, I've prepared a cookie-milkshake oh-so-yummy!

Chocolate Chips Zucchini Muffins

So, I read that zucchini can replace the fat in some recipes. I was really skeptical about it but decided to take the challenge. After making the muffins, I've decided to keep the zucchini part a secret and let my family try it.

My family really loved the muffins, and when I revealed the secret ingredient, they were shocked!

I think it's an excellent way to feed the youngsters some veggies :)

A royal-looking catastrophic cake

A cake that almost got an F, became quite a success, with B in appeaarance and A in taste, you should really give this "Catastrophic cake" a go.

Outside she looks like a block of wood, but inside you reveal a beautiful royal-looking chocolate cake that will please every crowd.

Mini pancakes or large ones with chocolate cream and whipped cream

כבר מזמן אני רוצה לנסות להכין את המתכון המאוד טעים של מיני פנקייקס עם קצפת ברוטב שוקולד של מסעדת "קפה ג'ו". אז אומנם, את המתכון שלהם אין לי, אבל החלטתי לנסות משהו שלי וברוך השם יצא ממש טעים לדעתי- טוב נו איך אפשר לטעות עם רוטב שוקולד וקצפת?!



Potato Gratin of Gordon Ramsay

 So last month we celebrated Shavuot holiday and on that specific holiday, we eat dairy foods.

I've been longing to prepare a gratin, ever since I've tasted a good one at a restaurant.

I came across Gordon Ramsey's recipe and with few mild changes headed off to the kitchen.

I've added some Kashkaval cheese and more potatoes then mentioned on the recipe and the Gratin came out terrific!
