Chcoolate chip cookie cake ? What? Oh yeah, It is so real and so good!
This cake is far from beautiful, but my oh my how it is divine!
There are 3 basic rules you gotta follow:
1. Don't get tempted to bake more than 10 minutes.
2. Cut immediately after taking the cake out of the oven.
3. Leave it till the cake is completely chilled.
Now don;t get me wrong, you can definitely eat the cake right after it's baked
(be careful of the hot chocolate chips), but the cake would look like it's not done,
but it is, trust me and go on and try it and come back and tell me :-)
This recipe is adapted from the Opheneimer's chocolate chip cookie recipe.
1 cup oil
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 bag of chocolate chips
Heat oven to 190C/
Mix all of the ingredients together and flatten on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, cut into squares and set aside to chill completely.
