חדש במדף 6 : דומינוס ל"ג ובייגלה מצופה - New: GF dominos & coated pretzels

השבוע בחדש במדף, קיבלתי לסקירה וטעמנו את הללא גלוטן החדשה של דומינו'ס ואת חטיף הבייגלה המצופה של אסם, מה חשבתי? הכול בפנים.

This week on the shelf, I got to review the new Gluten Free of Domino's pizza Israel and the new chocolate coated pretzel snack by Osem, what I thought of it? read all inside.

לראשונה ברשת דומינו'ס בישראל - פיצה ללא גלוטן -
רשת דומינו'ס בשיתוף עם חברת גרין לייט, העומדת בתקן האיכות GMP לסביבה ללא גלוטן, פיתחו יחדיו לאחר בדיקות ומחקר רבים את הפיצה ללא גלוטן המורכבת בין היתר מעמילן טפיוקה, עמילן תירס וקמח סויה.
הפיצות ללא גלוטן מיוצרות בכלים נפרדים, אולם נאפות בתנור וסביבת עבודה שאינם נקיים מגלוטן, ולכן עלולים להכיל שאריות גלוטן.
הפיצה מגיעה בגודל משפחתי בלבד - 31X31 ס"מ בצורה מרובעת וניתן להזמין אותה בגרסה חלבית או טבעונית.

דעתי: אספנו את הפיצה מהסניף הכשר של דומינו'ס והפיצה דבר ראשון נראית ממש טוב! לגבי הטעם, היא בסדר גמור ולא רעה בכלל. למי שמעדיף לא לצרוך גלוטן, זו בהחלט אופציה נחמדה שניתן לקחת בחשבון.

For the first time in Domino's Israel - Gluten Free pizza -

Domino's network together with Green Lite company, Which meets the GMP quality standard for a gluten-free environment, have developed after many research and testing the gluten free pizza which contains among others from tapioca starch, cornstarch and soy flour.

The gluten free pizzas are made with separate dishes, however baked and prepared on an environment which is not gluten free, so the pizza may contain traces of gluten.

The pizza comes in family-size only - 31X31cm and you can order it dairy or vegan.

My opinion: I have picked up the pizza from the kosher branch of Domino's pizza and first of all it looks good! Taste wise, it is okay and not too bad at all. If you prefer eating gluten free, this is a nice option you can consider.

בייגלה מצופה שוקולד חלב של אסם -
חברת אסם משווקת בייגלה שמיניות באריזת 40 גרם מצופה שוקולד חלב.
הבייגלה החדש משלב בין המתיקות של השוקולד חלב למליחות של הבייגלה.
הבייגלה מגיע באריזה מבריקה ואלגנטית וכשרותו: בד"ץ העדה החרדית ירושלים.

דעתי: השילוב של המלוח והמתוק נחמד. החסרון היחיד כאן לדעתי זה שהבייגלה מאבד מעט מפריכותו בגלל ציפוי השוקולד. גודל האריזה הוא בהחלט בונוס, כי אחרת קשה להפסיק לנשנש.

Chocolate coated pretzels of Osem -

Osem company have launched chocolate milk coated pretzels in 40 gram bags. The new pretzels combine the sweetness of the milk chocolate with the saltiness of the pretzels. The pretzels come in a shiny and elegant bag and are kosher Badatz Haeda Haharedit Jerusalem.

My opinion: The combination of the salty and sweet is nice. The only downside is the crispiness of the pretzel that is somewhat lost due to the chocolate coating. The package size is a bonus, because otherwise it is hard to stop munching.
