חדש במדף 3 לפסח - On the shelf for Passover

פסח, החג שבו כמעט כל הבית משנה את צורתו - הרהיטים זזים ממקום למקום על מנת לנקות אבק ולכלוך, ולפעמים אף עוברים דירה - לפח השכונתי או למיקום שונה בחדר וגם במוצרי המזון מתחולל מהפך - כל מה שהכרנו והשתמשנו בו כמעט שנה מתחדש לרגל החג הנפלא הזה. והפעם בפינת חדש על המדף לפסח שקיבלתי לסקירה - מוצרי דורות, רטבים חדשים של שופרסל ומוצרי אחווה שלובשים חג.

Passover, the holiday where almost every house transforms its  shape - the furniture move from place to place in order to clean and dust, and sometimes they find themselves moving - to the neighborhood tin or another room and also the food gets a total makeover - everything we knew and used on the past year gets renewed for the wonderful holiday. And this time on new on the shelf corner some stuff I got to review for Passover - Dorot products, new sauces from Shufersal and Achva products for the holiday.

אני אישית מאוד אוהבת את מוצרי אחווה, במיוחד את החלוות שלהם, ולרגל חג הפסח תוכלו למצוא בחנויות מגוון את מגוון מוצרי אחווה בכשרות לפסח ובנוסף, החברה משיקה את ממרחי הטחינה פורצי הדרך שלהם - ממרח טחינה עם שוקולד וממרח טחינה עם סילאן עם ערכים בריאותיים משופרים.

הטחינות החדשות של אחוה מכילות טחינה גולמית משומשום מלא, ללא שומן טראנס, ללא חומרים משמרים וללא צבעי מאכל. הממרחים החדשים הם בעלי ערכים תזונתיים הגבוהים ביותר שיש כיום בתחום ממרחי השוקולד.

I personally really like Achva products, especially their halvas, and to celebrate Passover you can find variety of their products kosher for Passover and in addition, the company launches their breakthrough tahini spread - chocolate with tahini and date syrup with tahini - with improved health values.

The new tahini spreads of Achva contain raw tahini of whole sesame, no trans fat, no preservatives and no food colorings. The new spreads have the highest nutritional values among the chocolate spreads existing today in the field.
The tahini spreads contain fibers, low in sodium, rich in vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids and can be a great substitute for chocolate on a matzo, and if you can't skip your traditional matzo with chocolate spread, then try and combine both :-) .
The spreads are kosher for legume eaters, Badatz Jerusalem kashrut for year round except Passover, On Passover Beit Yossef kashrut. Price range: 9.90-11.90 NIS per 400 gram package.

Dorot company, the seasoning and garlic manufacturer from Dorot kibbutz, have launched new packages for Passover. Dorot products come in a convenient to freeze trays in measured quantities. Among the changes that have been made to the product: the chopping and cutting became larger in order to emphasize the flavor and aroma, the quantity of each unit have been enlarged and the cover has been changed to one that preserve the tablets. The seasoning tablets are made from only natural ingredients! and are kosher for Passover, for legume eaters by the supervision of Sedot Negev rabbinate and kosher lemehadrin by rabbi Efrati.
The weight of the trays change from product to product and price ranges between 8 to 12 NIS. Among the trays you will find: minced garlic (80 gram), chopped and fried onion (180 gram), minced ginger, coriander, parsley and basil (the last four come in 70 gram package). In addition, the company have variety of sauces, like: garlic and honey, basil tomato, pesto etc. that also come in the same packages

חברת שופרסל משווקת לחג רטבים לסלט המתאימים לאוכלי קטניות: רוטב אלף האיים ורוטב שום. שני הרטבים מגיעים גם בגרסת לייט למי שרוצה קצת לשמור עם כל תקופת החגים הזו שבאה עלינו לטובה. הרטבים החדשים מגיעים בבקבוק 450 מ"ל בכשרות הבד"צ העדה החרדית ירושלים (לא בפסח) וכשרות הרבנות הראשית אשדוד. טרם טעמתי את הרטבים החדשים, אך רוטב אלף האיים ורוטב שום יכולים ללכת נהדר בסלטים, למי שמחפש איפה לחסוךבקלוריות ולאכול קצת יותר בריא או בצד הקיצוני לגמרי באיזה המבורגר עסיסי בלחמנייה רגילה או בפסח בלחמנייה כשרה לפסח.

Shufersal company launches for Passover new salad dressings for legume eaters: thousand islands dressing and garlic dressing. The two sauces come also in a light version in case someone wants to watch is weight through this holiday season. The new dressings come in a450 ml bottle , Badatz Jerusalem kashrut for year round (not Pesach) and Ashdod rabbinate. I haven't tried the sauces yet but thousand Islands sauce and garlic sauce can go well on salads, if you're looking to save calories and eat a bit more healthy or go to the extreme and eat with a juicy hamburger in a regular bun or Passover bun.

בנוסף חדש במדף - תרסיס ללא גז מבית שופרסל - מגוון תרסיסי שמן ללא תוספת גז המכילים כ-2.7 קלוריות למנה. בין התרסיסים החדשים תמצאו שני תרסיסים לאוכלי הקטניות: תרסיס שמן קנולה ותרסיס שמן קנולה בטעם חמאה ותרסיס ללא חשש קטניות - תרסיס שמן זית כתית עם חמיצות מרבית של 2%. תכולת אריזה 150 מ"ל.

מותג GREEN מבית שופרסל מוציא לחג ניוקי תפוחי אדמה עם תרד ללא גלוטן לאוכלי קטניות באריזת 500 גרם. על הניוקי ללא גלוטן הרגיל של שופרסל סיפרתי ושיבחתי בעבר, מחכה לנסות הניוקי החדש ואשתדל לעדכן כאן.

In addition, new on the shelf from Shufersal is non-stick cooing oil sprays without gas that contain 2.7 calories per serving. Among the sprays you will find two for legume eaters: canola oil spray and butter flavored canola oil spray and one without legumes - olive oil spray with maximum acidity of 2%. The package contains 150 ml.

Green brand by Shufersal introduces potato and spinach gnocchi for legume eaters and of course gluten free at in 500 gram package. I told you before about their regular gluten free gnocchi that is very tasty and I can't wait trying the new one, I'll try updating my opinion.

במבה זה מוצר שנמצא אצלנו בקביעות בבית ועכשיו גם לשופרסל יש במבה ללא גלוטן שכולם יכולים להנות ממנה, טוב בפסח רק מי שאוכל קטניות אבל אני לא אהיה קטנונית (נראה  לי שכבר הייתי ;-) ). הבמבה של שופרסל ממותג גרין הקרויה און טיים היא חטיף תירס אפוי מצופה חמאת בוטנים שאינו מכיל צבעי מאכל וללא חומרים משמרים. אריזת מוצר מכילה 80 גרם ועכשיו תוכלו לקנות אותה במבצע של 3 יחידות ב-10 ש"ח. הבמבה של שופרסל מאוד טעימה ומומלצת.

Bamba is a product we consume regularly in my home and Shufersal also have gluten free Bamba that everyone can enjoy it, well in Passover only those that eat legumes but I Won't be picky about it (I think I already did ;-) ). Shufersal's Bamba that is called On Time is a baked corn snack coated with peanut butter. It doesn't contain food colorings and no preservatives. The package contains 80 gran and now you can purchase it on a sale of 3 units for 10 NIS. The Bamba snack of Shufersal is very tasty ad recommended.

עוד משופרסל - אחד מכוכבי החג של האשכנזים - הגפילטע פיש.

כשהיינו לפני כמה שנים בארה"ב, יצא לנו לחגוג את ראש השנה שם, ומכיוון שדג הוא אחד מהסימנים שאוכלים בחג, הגענו לסופר עם מחלקה כשרה וקנינו גפילטע פיש בצנצנת. קנינו את הזול ביותר שראינו (ולעומת הארץ זה בכלל לא היה זול) וכשהגיע החג ובאנו לטעום - זה היה פשוט קשה למאכל! מאוד לא טעים. אין מה להשוות לתוצרת הנפלאה שיש בארץ.

ועכשיו שופרסל, לרגל חג הפסח, משווקים אריזות של 4 קציצות קרפיונים געפילטע פיש במחיר של 13.90 ש"ח למשקל של 400 גרם. המוצר אינו מכיל חומרים משמרים ולגבי הטעם - מעולה! אומנם אני עדיין יותר אוהבת סוג מסויים של גפילטע פיש, אך עדיין מדובר במוצר מעולה וטעים.

Another product of Shufersal that is one of the highlights for Ashkenazim - the Gefilte Fish.

When we were in the USA couple of years ago, we had to celebrate Rosh Hashanah there, and because one of the signs in the holiday is a fish, we arrived to a supermarket with kosher department in it and bought a jar of gefilte fish. We bought the cheapest we could find (and comparing to what we usually pay in Israel, it wasn't cheap at all) and when we tasted it - it was so hard to eat! not tasty at all. There is no comparison to the wonderful products in our country.

And now Shufersal launched for Passover a package that contain 4 carp patties of gefilte fish in a price of 13.90 NIS per 400 gram. The product doesn't contain preservatives and about the tasty - delicious! I love a certain kind of gefilte fish, but this was tasty and great also.

ולסיום, מכיוון שפסח הוא החג שרבים זוכים לנקות היטב את הבית ולעבור על כל פינות הבית ולבדוק מה ניתן לזרוק ומה להשאיר, חברת ניקול משיקה שלושה מוצרים חדשים שהדגש עליהם הוא בריח: שקיות אשפה לפחים קטנים בניחוח רענן, שקיות אשפה לפחים גדולים בניחוח וניל ומטליות לחות לניקוי רצפה בניחוח לימון. שקיות האשפה מגיעות שתיהן עם שרוך לקשירה ומדיפות ריח טוב.

And lastly, because Pesach is a holiday that many get to clean their house thoroughly and check every corner what to throw and what to keep, Nikol company launches three scent based products: Fresh fragranced garbage bags for small trash cans.
