The second movie starts from the point the previous had ended — the Parr family, Bob as Mr. Incredible. Helen, as Elastigirl, and their kids: Violet, Dash, and baby Jack-Jack, fight against the underminer in the city center. Even though being a superhero is considered a violation of the law.
In the first movie, the focus was mainly on Bob, Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson). However, now the focus is on Helen, Elastigirl (Holly Hunter). She is invited to work on a huge corporation to change the law and make the superheroes legal again.

In 2004 "The Incredibles" animation hit was released and won 2 Oscars. Since then, we've watched it over and over. We were longing for a sequel to come, and today is the day - "Incredibles 2" is here.
I was invited to review the new "Incredibles 2" film of Disney Pixar with tremendous anticipation and a fear that the film would not meet my expectations.
The second movie starts from the point the previous had ended — the Parr family, Bob as Mr. Incredible. Helen, as Elastigirl, and their kids: Violet, Dash, and baby Jack-Jack, fight against the underminer in the city center. Even though being a superhero is considered a violation of the law.
In the first movie, the focus was mainly on Bob, Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson). However, now the focus is on Helen, Elastigirl (Holly Hunter). She is invited to work on a huge corporation to change the law and make the superheroes legal again.
While Elastigirl tries to defend the superheroes' name and faces a new villain, Mr. Incredible has his own problems. He is trying to raise three kids; Help Dash (Huck Milner) with his homework, Help Violet (Sarah Vowell) with her love life, and take care of baby Jack-Jack (Eli Fucile). The task is even more complicated when the cute, seemingly innocent baby has special powers that only us the viewers got a glimpse of it.
The movie is filled with humor and hilarious parts, that even if you don't like animation, I find it hard to believe that you won't enjoy this one.
The plot is packed with action on the one hand with all the missions Helen Parr needs to undertake, the new superheroes, and their special powers. And on the other hand, a glimpse of Bob's role that he is trying to take care of his unusual family in a perfect way, just like expected from Mr. Incredible.
Of course, this role is not as simple as Bob thought with the embarrassments he causes his daughter, with the amusing baby and his crazy special powers, etc.
Also, the great characters from the previous movie, such as Edna, the designer (Dubbed by the director and screenwriter Brad Bird), Frozone (Samuel L. Jackson), the superhero with the ability to create ice, and the other new cool superheroes, add and make this the super incredible film it is.
In order to watch the new movie, it is highly recommended to watch the first one first. Although you will understand what's going on in the new movie, there is nothing like getting to know more of the characters you watch.
The length of the movie is 117 minutes with a short 7 minutes funny movie at the start and FYI - no after-credits scenes.
