ביקורת בורגרים גבעת שמואל - Burgerim review

רשת בורגרים החלה את דרכה ב-2008 עם קונספט חדשני של מכירת שלישיית המבורגרים קטנים במקום אחד גדול. ב-2014 היא נקנתה על ידי רשת BBB ומנתה 39 סניפים וכיום היא מונה כ-58 סניפים, עוברת השקה מחודשת עם מיתוג חדש, תפריט חדש והמבורגרים חדשים וכאן אני נכנסת לתמונה.

Burgerim network have starte its way on 2008 with a uniqueconcept of selling three small burgers instead of a large one. On 2014, it was purchased by BBB network with 39 branches and nowadays it has 58 branches and goes through a new branding with new menu and new burgers and here I get in the picture.

רשת בורגרים מתמחה בייצור מיני בורגרים קטנים (80 גרם כל אחד לפני צלייה) ומושלמים המגיעים במגוון טעמים. היתרון בהמבורגרים של בורגרים, לדעתי, זה שאם חשקה נפשכם לנסות כמה טעמים, אין בעיה כי מדובר במיני בורגרים. ניתן להזמין בורגרים שאליהם ניתן לשדך מגוון תוספות כ:בצל מטוגן, אננס וצ'ילי, פטריות צרובות ועוד, בזוגות, שלישיות, שמינייה ו- 16 - ממש חגיגה, ובאמת במיתוג המחודש של הרשת הם מכוונים לקהל רחב הכולל משפחות, ילדים, חברים, סטודנטים וחיילים במחירים הנעים בין 35 ש"ח ל-2 בורגרים ועד 219 ש"ח ל-16 בורגרים.

Burgerim network specializes in making perfect mini burgers (each burger weighs 80 gram before roasting) that come in variety of flavors. The advantage of Burgerim burgers, in my opinion, is that if you crave trying several flavors, there is no problem because they come in mini size. You can order burgers with toppings like: fried onion, pineapple and chili, roasted mushroom and more, in couples, triplets, octet and 16 - a real feast and really in their new branding the network aims for a wide crowd that includes families, kids, friends, students and soldiers in prices that range between 35 NIS per 2 burgers to 219 NIS per 16 burgers.

 

הגענו לסקר את הסניף הכשר במרכז המסחרי רוגובין, בגבעת שמואל.
הסניף מעוצב בצורה מדליקה ונינוחה, והצוות במקום היה מאוד שירותי ואדיב.
בתחילה ניסינו את התוספת החדשה לעונה הקרה - מרק היום. במחיר של 10 ש"ח תוכלו להנות ממנת מרק חמימה וטעימה בתוספת קרוטונים. אנחנו טעמנו את מרק הירקות שהיה באותו יום והוא היה פשוט מעולה. חמים, טעים וכשמדובר רק ב-10 ש"ח, פשוט שווה להזמין.

We arrived to review the kosher branch in Rogobin commercial center in Giv'at Shmuel. The branch is designed in a cool and casual way, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

At first we tried their new addition for the cold season - soup of the day. At a price of 10 NIS, you can enjoy a bowl of warm soup with croutons. We tasted the vegetable soup and it was delicious. Warm, tasty and when it is only 10 NIS, it is just worth it.

בהמשך בחרנו לנסות את כריך הסלופי ג'ו שהיה מאוד טעים - כריך במילוי תבשיל בקר טחון ברוטב ברביקיו, סלט קולסלאו וחסה שמחירו 36 ש"ח או 41 ש"ח בתוספת כוס שתייה.

Then we tried the sloppy Joe sandwich that was really tasty -  a sandwich filled with minced meat in barbecue sauce, coleslaw salad and lettuce that costs 36 NIS or 41 NIS including a cup of drink.

 

 







בורגר יאנקי Yankee burger

לאחר מכן ניסינו את מה שאמור להיות גולת הכותרת של המקום - הבורגרים.

בתפריט החדש של הרשת הכניסו קטגוריה חדשה - המלצת השף. מדובר בחמישה מיני בורגרים בטעמים שונים שפותחו על ידי שף הרשת אבי בראל.

בין הבורגרים החדשים תמצאו: יאנקי בורגר - עשוי מנתח אנטריקוט ועליו סלט קולסלאו, ספייסי צ'יקן בורגר - עם סלסת עגבניות ופלפלים חריפים, בורגר ים תיכוני - עם סלסת עגבניות, פלפלים חריפים וטחינה, בורגר כפרי - בורגר טלה וריבת בצל ובורגזי - בורגר מרגז פיקנטי עם פלפלים קלויים, שום ועשבי תיבול.

Afterwards we tried what supposed to be the highlight of the place - the burgers. In the new menu of the chain they entered a new category - chef's recommendation. The category includes 5 mini burgers in different flavors that were developed by the network's chef Avi Barel.

Among the new burgers you will find: Yankee burger - made of entrecote with coleslaw salad, spicy chicken burger - with tomato and hot pepper salsa, Mediterranean burger - with tomato salsa, hot pepper and tahini, rustic burger - lamb burger with onion marmalade and burger merguez - spicy burger with roasted peppers, garlic and herbs.

אנחנו ניסינו את היאנקי בורגר, הבורגר הכפרי ועוד בורגר מהתפריט הרגיל - בורגר אסאדו צ'ימיצ'ורי. מבין שלושת ההמבורגרים, הכי אהבנו את הבורגר הכפרי. מדובר בבורגר עסיסי עם טעם מתוק מריבת הבצל ופשוט שלמות! שני ההמבורגרים האחרים גם כן היו טעימים (אם כי אני לא אהבתי את תוספת הצ'ימיצ'ורי) ומה שבוודאות ניתן להגיד על ההמבורגרים של בורגרים זה שהם שמנמנים וכל כך עסיסיים! פשוט עשויים היטב.

We tried the Yankee burger, the rustic burger and another burger from the regular menu - Asado Chimichurri burger. Among the three, we really loved the rustic burger. It is a juicy burger with sweet flavor that comes from the onion jam and it was perfection! The other two burgers were also tasty (although I didn't like much the Chimichurri sauce) and the curtained fact about Burgerim burgers is that their burgers are just so juicy! Made very well.

מבחינת תוספות, קיבלנו לטעימה את: טבעות הבצל הרגילות, הקריספים - טבעות בצל המוכנות במקום עם עיגולי בצל אמיתיים בתוספת רוטב איולי שום בצד, צ'יפס בטטה וצ'יפס עגול נפוח. כל התוספות טעימות, קריספיות ומומלצות, ביחוד הצ'יפס הנפוח וצ'יפס הבטטה. התוספות נשארו פריכות גם אחרי שהגענו הביתה.

In terms of sides, we got to taste: regular onion rings, crispies - onion rings made in place from real onion rings with aioli garlic sauce on the side, yam fries and round puffy fries. All the sides were tasty, crispy and are recommended, especially the yam fries and the round puffed fries. We had leftovers that we took home and they were still crunchy.

The network offers variety of other dishes, such as: salads (tabula salad with black lentil for vegetarians, Caesar salad etc.), chicken dishes (nuggets, chicken wing in a sauce etc.), sandwiches (shawarma style sandwich, crispy chicken sandwich etc.), meals for kids, burgers in variety of flavors, including a tofu and lentil burger for vegetarians, variety of side dishes (mashed potato balls, home fries, coleslaw salad etc.) and of course desserts (chocolate balls or malabi).

הפתגם אומר " "אין שמחה אלא בבשר ויין" וכמובן שיש לביטוי הזה יותר עומק, אך באמת כשאוכלים המבורגר שעשוי טוב עם טעם טוב, נהנים ושמחים שהשקענו את מיטב כספנו בדבר שהשתלם לנו. רשת בורגרים מעניקה חוויה נפלאה לבלוטות הטעם, וכמו הסלוגן החדש של הרשת "come together" ("באים ביחד"), באמת ניתן להרגיש שזהו מקום שכיף לבוא עם המשפחה או החבר'ה וכל אחד יוכל למצוא לו פה מנה שהוא יאהב.
