הבריגדריה קרויה על שמו של הממתק הברזילאי "הבריגדיירו" החייב להימצא בכל מסיבה בברזיל. ואם הוא לא נמצא, זה ממש לא נחשב מסיבה.

Brigaderia - The first Brazilian coffee shop in Israel review

I was invited to review the first kosher Brigaderia cafe in Israel, opened in the city of Ra'anana.
The Brigaderia is named after the popular Brazilian sweet "the Brigadeiro." This sweet is the highlight of every Brazilian party that throwing a party without it might not be considered a party at all.

The lobby restaurant "Cafe Panorama", in Dan Panorama hotel in Tel Aviv, have launched a new 2018 menu and we came to sample some of the new dishes.

BBB הכשרה בירושלים - Jerusalem's kosher BBB

שבוע שעבר עלינו ירושלימה וסיקרנו את מסעדת BBB הכשרה למהדרין החדשה בירושלים. ניסינו את תפריט העסקיות של המסעדה והתחלנו בטעימות.

Last week we were in Jerusalem and reviewed the kosher BBB in there. We tried the deals menu and started our feast.

להיות מסעדה בארץ זה קשה. להיות מסעדה בארץ במקום שאינו אזור מגורים זה עוד יותר קשה. אבל כשיש קונספט חדש ומעניין כמו מסעדת הבשרים בר בי קיו המגיעה אלינו היישר מאוסטרליה, הו אז הדברים מתחילים להתחמם.

Being a restaurant here is hard. Being a restaurant in a place that is not residential is even harder. But when there is a new and interesting concept like the meat restaurant Bar B Que that comes to us straight from Australia, oh now we're talking.

לפני כמה חודשים ביקרנו בטבריה, חיפשנו מקום לשבת לאכול והחלטנו על "מסעדת רפאלו" היושבת על טיילת טבריה, לחוף הכנרת.

A few months ago we visited in Tiberias, looking for a place to sit down and eat. We went on Reffaello restaurant  located on Tiberias promenade, to the shore of the sea of Galilee -  Kinneret.

הקשר שלי עם המטבח התימני מסתכם בהכרות עם מיטב הבצקים שלהם: הג'חנון, המלוואח והלחוח. כשהוזמנתי להגיע לסקר את המקום החדש ברחובות - יאמן סטריט, שמחתי על ההזדמנות שנקרתה בדרכי לטעום קצת אוכל תימני.

My relation to the Yemenite cuisine ends with their finest dough: jahnun, malawach and lahoh. When I was invited to review the new place in Rehovot - Yemen street, I was happy to get the chance and try some Yemenite food.

A new culinary venture of "Diners club" brought me from the center to Cadita restaurant - an amazing chef restaurant near Moshav Timmorim in the south.

Café Neto in Petah Tiqwa is now kosher Mehadrin and I was invited to try their breakfast and on the way paid for other treats.

I was invited to the launch of the new 2017 café joe's summer menu, which includes dishes for health advocates, vegans, gluten free consumers, vegetarian and also a new desserts menu.

ביקורת בורגרים גבעת שמואל - Burgerim review

רשת בורגרים החלה את דרכה ב-2008 עם קונספט חדשני של מכירת שלישיית המבורגרים קטנים במקום אחד גדול. ב-2014 היא נקנתה על ידי רשת BBB ומנתה 39 סניפים וכיום היא מונה כ-58 סניפים, עוברת השקה מחודשת עם מיתוג חדש, תפריט חדש והמבורגרים חדשים וכאן אני נכנסת לתמונה.

Burgerim network have starte its way on 2008 with a uniqueconcept of selling three small burgers instead of a large one. On 2014, it was purchased by BBB network with 39 branches and nowadays it has 58 branches and goes through a new branding with new menu and new burgers and here I get in the picture.

Jerusalem, our capitol city, is very connected to us in Jewish and religiously perspective and you can find in it (and in all our country) places with spectacular views. If you're looking for places to hangout and for leisure and recreation, you should read about the places I've been last Sunday: A tour with Chen and Alon Koren from Bake off Israel, a musical tour in the music museum and Nahman restaurant.

האזור של רחוב שוקן, הרחוב העמוס במוסכי אופנועים, הוא לא אזור מלבב, אולם אם תפנו לסמטה קטנה ליד, תמצאו פנינה יפהפיה - סוקה מרקט.

The area of Shoken street, the street that is crowded with motorcycles garages, is not much endearing, but if you go to a small alley nearby, you will find a gem - Socca Market.
