Marble Brownies

I've made Marble Brownies from "Taste Of Home - American Cookout" Issue.
The recipe is originally made for microwave, but because i don't have a microwave safe dish - I made this recipe in the oven.
I recommend eating the brownies as soon as they are chilled enough from the oven and the chocolate chips are still melted. If the chocolate chips aren't that way, just heat the brownie in the microwave for about 25 seconds - Yummy!

For the chocolate layer:
5T butter (= 70 gram - I used 50 gram)
60 gram bittersweet chocolate
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1t vanilla extract
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2t baking powder (I've omitted)

For the cheese layer:
1 package cream cheese (225 gram)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1t vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Heat oven for 170C.
Prepare the chocolate layer:
Melt chocolate and butter together. Mix the eggs,sugar,flour,baking powder and vanilla extract.
Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
Spread into a greased pan.

Prepare the cheese layer:
In a microwave, heat the cream cheese for about 45 seconds - until soft.
Add the egg, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well and place over the chocolate layer.
Cut through batter with a knife to swirl. Spread the chocolate chips over the cheese layer.
Bake in the oven for about 33 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Set aside until chilled and have a bite :)
