Came across this cake on a beautiful French blog.
I was a bit skeptical about this cake, 'cause how can it be a cake with neither butter, sugar nor flour.
However, I already tried another recipe from that blog and it came out great, so I went for it.
The cake turned out really moist and delicious.
3 eggs, yolks and egg whites separated
165 gram dark chocolate
Heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Melt the chocolate on Bain-Marie or in the microwave.
Let the chocolate cool a bit and then mix well with the yolks.
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, mix half of them into the chocolate mixture
and the other half fold gently.
Transfer to a very small greased pan and bake for about 30 - 35 minutes.
