This one is a simple, delicious recipe for non-dairy, no-flour, parve, fried tuna latkes/patties that you can make for Passover too.
Tuna Patties/recipe: Con Delight
I measured using universal cups and spoons
Ingredients for 13 patties:
4 cans of tuna flakes in olive oil (don't strain the oil, each can is 140 gram/5 oz.)
A bit of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
4 L eggs
olive oil, for frying
Preparation:
1.Mix the patties' ingredients in a bowl.
2.Preheat a bit of oil in a pan, and once the pan is hot, lower the heat to medium-low.
3.Fry on both sides until the patty is ready.
4.Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
5.Enjoy!
