Homemade Nutella-stuffed pancakes with m&m's

 I ran into this lovely idea on the web. Unfortunately, I can't seem to remember where exactly. I knew I had to make this recipe - Nutella filled pancakes, but with a bit of a surprise.

 I really like making my own recipes, so I didn't use the recipe found on the website I saw the Nutella filled pancakes.
This recipe provides great pleasure, but you got to plan ahead because before you can prepare the pancakes, you need to freeze the Nutella for 1:30 - 2:00 hours.

I've decided to add a crunchy addition to the pancakes - M&M's, so you get a nice and interesting texture in your mouth.
Another thing that is great about this idea is that you can take it on the go, just like pita with chocolate, only upgraded.

Nutella filled pancakes with M&M's/recipe: Con Delight
I measured using universal cups and spoons 
Ingredients for 5 pancakes:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 L egg
3/4 cup milk
5 Tbsp. Nutella
M&M's
 
Preparation:
1.Take a pan with baking paper and spread one Tablespoon of Nutella on it, in a shape of an 8 cm circle. It is essential not to make the circle too thin or too thick.


2.Sprinkle with M&M's and press them to the chocolate. Keep so with the rest of the spoons and freeze for 1:30 - 2 hours.


3.Then, separate the circles from the paper and keep them in the freezer.


4.Mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar. 


5.Add the vanilla extract, egg, and milk and mix until there are no lumps.


6.Heat a pan with oil spray and when it is hot, lower the heat a bit and add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon of the pancake mixture. If it doesn't spread enough, use a tablespoon to make the circle bigger and place a chocolate disc on top.


7.Cover with another 1-2 tablespoons of pancake mixture and fry until golden on one side and then flip and fry on the other side until done.


8.Take one disc at a time out of the freezer because they melt real quick.


9.If you have a decent pan, after the first time of using oil spray and frying the first pancake, wipe the excess oil and continue frying without any oil.


If you need, don't hesitate to lower the heat to the minimum so the pancakes won't burn (I reduced the heat to a minimum after two pancakes).
