baked falafel

There's nothing like falafel in a pita with tahini, hummus and veggies, well there is but it's so delicious.
The original falafel is deep fried, and I wanted to make a healthier version of it.
This falafel is vegetarian, vegan and quite healthy.

Ingredients:
Chickpeas soaked overnight
Salt
Pepper
Dried Parsley
Dried Coriander
Garlic
Oil for pan

Preparation:
Soak chickpeas overnight, replace water at least 3 times.
Strain the chickpeas and In a food processor, place the chickpeas and
add season according to taste. Blend well and taste, if needed add more seasoning.
Put oil in a pan, so the oil covers the all surface.
Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 Fahrenheit)
Roll the chickpeas mixture into small balls, place in the oil and rotate the ball in the oil, so they are covered in every side.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, when half way turn the balls upside down, so they will golden in the other side too.

You can serve with Tahini, Enjoy!
