This zucchinis in tomato sauce are an easy-fix. Just mix a few ingredients, cook them, and voila. A recipe that can be served as a side dish on many occasions and is non-gebrokts and vegan.
Zucchini in tomato sauce/recipe: con delight
The measurements were made using universal cups and spoons
Ingredients:
7 zucchinis, peeled, rinsed and sliced thinly into rings
1 pack of tomato paste 260 gram (about 9.2 oz.)
1 tsp. salt or ATF (according to flavor)
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1Tbsp. sweet paprika
3 bags of sweetener or 4.5 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 cups of water
Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients and place them in a pot. Bring to a boil and once boiling, cook on medium heat with a lid for 30 minutes, mix occasionally. Enjoy!
