לקראת חגי ישראל: פורים ופסח הבאים עלינו לטובה, שבהם אנחנו שותים עד דלא ידע וארבע כוסות של יין, נערכה חגיגת יין כשר ענקית באולם האירועים טראסק בנמל תל אביב.
הוזמנתי לסקר את האירוע הענק של תערוכת היין הכשר השנתית של "צור עולם יין" שעסקה בנושא "טועמים עולם". השנה ביקרו בתערוכה כ-1500 אנשים שטעמו והתנסו במגוון היינות השונים. בתערוכת היין השתתפו 40 כ- יקבים ישראלים ובינלאומיים עם מבחר מרשים של 180 סוגי יינות, שכולם כמובן כשרים.
זו היא השנה הראשונה בה מבקרים בתערוכת היין הכשרה ייננים מהעולם שהציגו את קו היינות הכשרים שלהם והסבירו עליהם למבקרי התערוכה.
בנוסף, השנה הצטרפו לתערוכה וביקרו לראשונה בישראל בעלי יקבים מובילים מצרפת שמאמינים ביין הכשר ובישראל.
תערוכת היין הישראלית של צור עולם היין הינה תערוכה מאוד מכובדת ועשירה במגוון יינות כשרים ואיכותיים הפונים לציבור הדתי, חרדי, אך לא רק. התערוכה פונה גם לקהל המסורתי,החילוני ובעצם לכל חובבי היין באשר הם.
מיץ הענבים שעבר התססה ונהיה למשקה אלכוהולי מותסס, הינו בין המשקאות המאוד נפוצים בעולם. כמעט בכל מסיבה תמצאו אנשים לוגמים יין ומשוחחים על טיבו, עד שכבר נוצרה תרבות שתייה.
בעמדות שונות ומלאות צבעוניות, מבקרי התערוכה יכלו לדגום ולהתנסות ממבחר יינות ממדינות שונות בעולם ולשמוע הסברים על היינות המוצעים. בכל עמדה היה יינות שניצבו בדלי קרח וליד היינות הוצב דגל המסמל את המדינה שממנה הגיע היין.
התרשמתי ממש לטובה לגלות תחת קורת גג אחת מגוון מאוד גדול ורחב של יינות כשרים מסביב לעולם: ביניהם: ארצות הברית, צרפת, אוסטרליה, איטליה, פורטוגל ועוד. חלק מהיינות מגיעים מיקבים מובילים בעולם.
The kosher wine exhibition of "Zur world of wine" is the Israeli equivalent for the large prestigious and highly considered display of KFWE (Kosher food & wine experience).
New wines have been launched to 2019 from international wineries such as Herzog Lineage Cabernet Sauvignon, Herzog Lineage Pinot noir, Tzafona Riesling, Tzafona Chardonnay, Champagne Baron De Rothschild Rose and more.
And the Israeli wineries have launched new wines such as Psagot Gewurztraminer, Shilo Shor Merlot, Shilo Privilege, Jezreel Valley Icon and more.
היקבים שלקחו השנה חלק בתערוכת היין הכשרה לשנת 2019 הם: שילה, פסגות ועמק יזרעאל הישראלים ובין היקבים הבינלאומיים ניתן היה למצוא את: הרצוג קליפורניה, הגפן קליפורניה, אלווי ספרד, הברון אדמונד ובנג'מין דה רוטשילד צרפת, צפונה קנדה, ברטנורה איטליה ועוד.
וכמובן שבאירוע כזה גדול הכולל יין, צריך לכלול גם את תחום הקולינריה. במקום הגישו אוכל כשר שסיפק למבקרים ארוחה מושלמת לצד היין עם מנות ממסעדת הבשר הכשרה מיט & ויין בהרצליה, מסעדת השף סקייליין הבשרית הכשרה בירושלים ומסעדת ביסטרו צרפתית כשרה - רסטו התל אביבית.

Towards the Israeli holidays Purim and Passover, where we drink Ad-Delo-yadda (until one no longer knows) and four cups of wine, a kosher wine celebration was held in the Trask halls in Tel Aviv port.

I was invited to review the enormous event of the annual kosher wine exposition of "Zur wine world" on the subject "Taste the World." This year there were about 1,500 people who visited the display and tried and tested from the various wines. The wine exhibition hosted this year around 40 Israeli and international wineries with an impressive range of 180 types of wine, which all are kosher of course.
It is the first year where winemakers from around the world have visited the exhibition and introduced their line of kosher wine to the visitors of the exhibit.
In addition, this is the first year that leading winemakers from France have joined the Israeli exhibition. These wineries believe in kosher wine and Israel.

The grape juice that went through fermentation became an alcoholic beverage that is one of the most popular drink in the world. At almost every party you will find people sipping wine and talking about its quality, so much that it became a drinking culture.
At various stands full of color, the visitors could have try and test from the variety of wines from all over the world and learn more about them. On every stall, there were wines on the rocks and flags stating which country they came from.
I was really impressed to discover so many kosher wines from different parts of the world under one roof such as United States, France, Australia, Italy, Portugal, etc. Some of the wines arrive from leading wineries from across the world.
