איסטנבול משלבת תרבויות וטעמים, ועוד בטרם הייתה העיתונות הכתובה, בתי הקפה שבה שימשו כמקום מפגש להחלפת דעות ורעיונות.
קפסולות קפה איסטנבול הינן בעלות תווים ארומטיים עוצמתיים, כיאה לבתי הקפה באיסטנבול שבטורקיה, שבאותה תקופה היו הומי אדם.

המלצת הגשה: 40 מ"ל לאספרסו, 110 מ"ל ללונגו. בשתייה עם חלב יש להוסיף "נגיעת" חלב. דרגת חוזק: 7 מתוך 12.
