קאנטרי קלאב רמת רחל מציע בנוסף לחדר הכושר והבריכות, אפשרות להנות ממגוון סדנאות, חנות ספורט ועוד וחלק מהפעילויות פתוחות גם לקהל הרחב ולא רק למנויים.
הגענו לסקר את מתחם הבריכות בשעות הבוקר שכן הזמן הכי אופטימלי לבקר במקום בחופשת הקיץ, מכיוון שאז המקום פחות עמוס. המגלשה פעילה החל מהשעה 10:00, שזו עדיין שעה מעולה לגלוש במגלשה בכיף בלי תור. המגלשה באורך 100 מטר היא המגלשה הארוכה ביותר באזור ירושלים וכנראה גם הכי ארוכה בכל מדינת ישראל.
מגלשה מהירה עם כמה פיתולים שבסופה נוחתים לבריכה צידית קטנה. ממש להיט בקרב ילדים ומבוגרים. במקום ישנם מלתחות עם מתקן לייבוש בגד הים, סאונה וג'קוזי.
חשוב לציין כי המקום די מקפיד על כובעי ים לנשים עם שיער ארוך או שימוש בחולצות לייקרה או ספורט בלבד בכניסה לבריכה, כך שעל מנת למנוע עוגמת נפש תגיעו מוכנים.

In order to use the lockers on site, you need to bring your own lock and use it on one of the red lockers without extra cost. At the end of the day, you must clear the lockers.

In the complex you will find a gym which stretches over 800 square meters and a pool complex which includes: a semi-Olympic indoor pool that reaches a depth of 1.80, an indoor toddler pool with a variety of charming and magical fairy tale figures and an outdoor pool that reaches 1.20 meter and the summer hit - a 100 meter slide!
Next to the pool, you can enjoy meadows, chairs, and tables with canopies for sitting in the shade, so you can relax and enjoy a fun day in the pool while picnicking or sitting in the dairy kosher cafe on site.

We came to review the pool complex in the morning which is the optimal time to visit in the summer since later it is busier. The slide is open starting at 10:00AM, which is still a perfect hour to slide without queues. The slide is 100 meters long and is the longest slide in Jerusalem and probably in the entire country of Israel.
The slide is fast with some twists and at the end, you land in a small side pool. It is a real hit for kids and adults alike. There are dressing rooms with swimsuit drying facilities, sauna and jacuzzi.
It is important to note that the place is quite strict on wearing a swim cap for women with long hair or using lycra or sports shirt when entering the pool, so in order to prevent aggravation, be prepared.
