Sausages, potatoes, and green beans casserole/recipe: Con Delight
I measured using universal cups and spoons
Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
800 grams/28.2 oz. frozen green beans, thawed
8 small potatoes, well rinsed and cut into slices
280 gram/about 10 oz. of beef sausages (about 4 long hotdogs)
Seasoning:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic crystals
black pepper, just a bit or according to flavor
1 teaspoon oregano
3/4-1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 200C/392F (upper-lower heating mode or another mode you usually use)
2.Thaw the green beans in a bowl with lukewarm water for about 10 minutes. Then, rinse and flatten on a baking dish.
3.Keep the peels of the potatoes. Rinse well and cut into wedges. Place the potato wedges on top of the green beans.
4.Slice the sausages into rings and transfer them to the pan.
5.Mix the seasoning ingredients and pour on top of the potatoes, sausages, and green beans.
6.Bake for 30 minutes.
7.Turn the heat up to 220C/428F and bake for extra 10 minutes and serve.
