הכל התחיל לפני כ-40 שנה, כאשר זוג הורים צעירים היו צריכים מגוון מוצרים לתינוק, דבר שגרם להם להתרוצץ במשך יום שלם בין חנויות שונות.

It all started about 40 years ago, when a young couple who needed variety of stuff for their newborn, had to run between substantial number of shops in order to find what they need.

בעקבות כך, הם החליטו להקים את שילב - חנות שמקבצת בתוכה מגוון פריטים ואביזרים לרך הנולד ולהורים, שיותר מהכל זקוקים למנוחה והתרכזות בעיקר - בילד.

הושקו מגוון פריטים ועברו הרבה קולקציות ומאז הכול היסטוריה..

And that's what made them establish Shilav - a store that gathers variety of items and accessories for the newborns and for the parents who above all need some rest and to mainly focus on their kid.

 

Variety of items were launched and many collections have gone since ten and ever since, everything is history..

ועכשיו ברצינות, שילב השיקו את קולקציית הקיץ שלהם לשנת 2016 באירוע בבית אוצרין ביפו העתיקה.
הוזמנתי להשקה, בה נכחו מגוון אמהות מפורסמות כאיגי וקסמן, יובל שרף ועוד.
הקולקציה החדשה של שילב היא קולקציות קיץ טוטאל קונספט, כלומר לקחו טרנדים מעולם האופנה ותירגמו אותם למגוון מוצרים (מוצרי אופנה, אקססוריז, טקסטיל למיטה ולחדר) המתאימים לתינוקות ופעוטות.

And now seriously, Shilav have launched their 2016 summer collection in an event at the Ossrin house in ancient Jaffa.

I was invited to the launce, where celebrity moms such as Iggy Vaxman and Yuval Sherf attended.

The new collection of Shilav is a total concept summer collection, meaning they took trends from the fashion world and translated it into variety of products (fashion items, accessories, bed and room textiles) suitable for babies and toddlers.

The design team behind Shilav are Israeli parents of children fom different ages who know the needs of the Israeli audience. Those parents go through a training in the quality and safety of products, in order to develop products that keeps the safety of the child.

Each collection is build according to international trends and fashion predictions and with the needs of the Israeli: climate, holidays etc.

Every shirt and bodysuit is made of 100% cotton with the highest quality and suitable for the Israeli summer.

The new Shilav collection is a total concept collection, so to every collection you will have matching accessories that completes it, from bed linen to organizer.

The collections you are going to see this season are:

Unisex for kids collection-

A brand that was launched the previous season and had a huge success. The collection, with Scandinavian Influence, succeeds in translating the comfort of the baby into a cool look. The leading tones are on a base of black, grey and white and with the addition of the colors of the season: green, yellow and pink.

The collection characterizes with many prints and you can find in it variety of overalls, pants, summer dresses, hats and bodysuits. 

In addition, you can find in this collection a trend from the grown ups world - black djellaba with white embroidery.

קולקציה לתינוקות בלבד.
לבנות תוכלו למצוא בגדים עם צבעוניות רכה של גווני פודרה (ורדרדים) עם הדפסי בדים עם אלמנטים צמחיים ומה שהולך להיכנס חזק לשוק - קימונו לתינוקות ולבנים תמצאו קולקציית רטרו באווירה קיבוצית עם פריטי משבצות, הדפסי רטרו, מכנסי אריג כמו פעם ועוד.

Collection for babies only.

For girls you can find clothes with soft pink colors with prints of floral elements and kimono for babies, and for boys you can find a retro collection with slotted items, retro prints and more.

White collection -

Designated for the first months if the baby.

The collection comes with a white tone with touches of grey and metal colors. You will find in this collection bodysuits, overalls, tunics and a nostalgia from the 60's - a short sleeve overall from a white cotton jersey, a replica of the original model of Shilav from the 60's and an overall with a Chick Tack patent, where you will know exactly how to zip it.

Jeansy collection -

The exclusively jeansy brand of Shilav is very successful, and that is why the collection expanded. To the super soft denim collection, joined jersey collection for babies and toddlers under the age of 5.

The super soft denim collection was inspired by bandanas, patches and graphics of the flower children.

For girls you can find twisting dresses (like the bandana dress) and overalls.

On this collection you will find variety of the chain products with a twist - three dimensional. Shirts, hats, and colorful overalls get the 3D element, so the baby can use its sense of touch.

Between the products you can find crawling pants with knee protectors shaped as a happy animal ad 3D ears.
