Desserts tray can be quite expensive to purchase, so why not make one at home - you're welcome to try all or some of the recipes I attached and serve them to your family and friends.

Chocolate coffee dessert - 5 quite large servings:
Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. to 2 tbsp. coffee powder (add as much as preferred)
100 gram/ 3.5 oz. bittersweet chocolate, melted
4 Oreo cookies, crushed
Preparation:
Whip the cream to a steady cream. Take 3 heaping tablespoons from the cream and transfer to a separate bowl.
Add the instant vanilla, milk, and coffee to the large quantity of cream and whip till steady.
Add the melted chocolate to the small bowl and whip till steady.
Arrange the dessert cups: Fill with Oreo crumbles, top with coffee cream and pipe with the chocolate cream using a nozzle and piping bag.
Important notice: If you need extra chocolate cream, just whip 1/2 cup of the whipped cream until steady. Melt 50 gram / 1.8 oz. bittersweet chocolate and once cool, add to the whipped cream and whip until stable. Serve or keep in the fridge.
Oreo-cheese dessert - about 6 mini serving sizes:
Ingredients:
225 gram / 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Oreo cookies, crumbs
Preparation:
Mix together the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Start assembling the dessert - adding Oreo crumbs and cheese mixture alternately, finishing with the Oreo crumbs. It is recommended to place it in the fridge prior to serving.

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Oreo cookies, crumbs

Lotus-coffee dessert, about 6 servings:
Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. cocoa powder
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup lotus spread
225 gram / 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup instant vanilla pudding
7 lotus biscuits, crumbled
25 gram/ 0.9 oz. butter, melted
3 lotus biscuits, broken into two for decoration
Preparation:
Whip the whipping cream till stable. Divide the cream into two separate bowls. Add the coffee powder and 1/4 cup instant vanilla to one bowl and whip till steady foam. Add to the second bowl the lotus spread, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup instant vanilla pudding. Whip until steady. Mix the crumbled lotus biscuits with the melted butter and arrange the desserts; Fill each cup with lotus crumbs. Top with the whipped lotus cream and using a piping bag with a nozzle, pipe a bit of the coffee cream on top. Decorate with the broken biscuit, and that's it. You can serve right away or keep in the fridge.
Individual tartlets easy as pie:
Ingredients:
about 12 mini pie shells (tartlets)
1/2 cup whipping cream
100 gram / 3.5 oz. bittersweet chocolate
petit beurre/ shortbread crumbs
Preparation:
Melt the whipping cream and chocolate together in the microwave, until you get an even smooth mixture. Every now and then, while melting, stop the microwave and mix the mixture. Pour the mixture into the shells and freeze for 2-3 minutes to set. Then sprinkle with biscuit crumbs and serve or keep in the fridge.
