How to make 3-ingredients Oreo ice cream pint

I thought of making this Oreo ice cream pint recipe after seeing the blue mini Oreos pack, and I just had to try it.

I turned the container into 3-ingredients ice cream, and it came out amazing!

I know you can't actually call this a pint since pint marks a specific unit of volume or capacity. But since Ben & Jerry's ice cream pack known as a pint, I decided to call mine Oreo ice cream pint as well.

And you know there is no better way to eat this kind of ice than straight from the box, right?!

I like incorporating that cute mini Oreos in desserts, and I have a beautiful Oreo cake that is just waiting for me to write it down. But there are so many other things to do, that I just don't seem to get the time and upload it.

I buy the mini Oreo for around 1$ for a box of 67 grams. And with the cost of the whipping cream and condensed milk, I get an ice cream container that costs about 4$.

The ice cream texture is smooth and creamy, and since it is sweet, It is hard to each too many bites of it. This recipe of 3-ingredients Oreo ice cream is made quickly and is so fun to eat.

3-Ingredients Oreo ice cream pint/recipe: con delight

Ingredients:

1 cup whipping cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 box of mini Oreo cookies (67 gram)

Preparation:

Whip the whipping cream and condensed milk until uniformed and a bit stable.

Open the Oreo box almost all the way through and pour most of the whipped cream mixture inside. Mix and add the rest of the mixture.

You will be left with about 2-3 tablespoons of mixture that won't get in the box, so transfer it to a glass and place in the freezer separately.

Close the wrap and cover with cling film. Use a rubber, if you want, so the cling film won't move and transfer to the freezer for the night.

The next day, take the cling film and rubber off, and you'll see the box cover looks like it was never opened.
