Schnitzchilli - Chicken breast cut into small chunks and with some seasoning and sweet chili sauce, of course, thus the name, you get a healthy burger.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast cut into small chunks
1 Tbsp. Sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp. Hellman's mayo
salt and pepper for seasoning
4 -5 Tbsp. potato starch
1 egg
oil for frying
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Heat oil in a pan and when the pan is hot, put a spoon of the mixture in the pan.
When white edges appear in the burger, check if you can flip the burger without resistance,
if, so flip otherwise continue frying until you can.
* You can add sweet chili and seasoning as much as you like.
If you're using another mayonnaise, check if it's suitable for hot dishes.
