Lately, there are many talks in Israel about overpriced meals in restaurants, so I want to recommend you about the Mon Cherry restaurant, where you can eat and satiate in very good prices.
Mon cherry restaurant, located in Kiryat Shmona, is Kosher and has two divided restaurants: one for dairy and the other for poultry.
The restaurant is very beautiful and has a nice atmosphere, and is located near lovely mountain view.
Mor Kadosh, the owner, has treated us really nice, and even when we wanted to know about the ingredients of the bread she served us, she immediately called to the supplier to find out.
The food was very tasty, the service was excellent and the price? In my opinion was very good for the value, but I will let you judge.
We've ordered number of dishes, and we didn't expect them to be that big (the photos don't show how big the dishes were).
We didn't manage to finish the plates, so we took the rest with us.
The dishes we ordered:
16.9 ounce chocolate milkshake jug, that was filled to the end (way beyond the 16.9 ounce marker) and was absolutely amazing!!
Home fries - delicious potato cubes with chili.
Sautéed mushrooms in soy sauce - great dish, but if you're not a soy sauce lover, it is recommended to mix it with salad or other dish, and not eat it alone.
Amazing eggplant calzone with salad.
Tilapia fillets with potatoes, served with vegetable salad. cabbage salad, pickled cucumbers salad, bread and dips (We've ordered this dish twice).
The fillet was very juicy and the entire dish was really tasty.
The thing that is surprising in this dish, is the fact that in other restaurants, you'll get this dish, pretty much in the same price, just without all the extra salads, bread and dips.
We also ordered a jug of orange juice, and all of this has cost us about 80$, so what do you think, is it worth the price?
Address: 120 Tel Hai avenue, Kiryat Shmona, Israel.
