You're gonna thank me for this kosher for Passover and vegan-friendly nougat candy recipe :-) (At least I hope so because it is perfect!).
Ingredients:
200 gram / 0.440-pound natural almonds, not peeled
200 gram / 0.440-pound powdered sugar
200 gram / 0.440-pound bittersweet chocolate
1 Tbsp. pure cocoa powder
Preparation:
Roast the almonds in an oven set for 180C/356F, turbo for 10 minutes.
Pour into a food processor once still hot and process until you get a smooth paste or well processed.
Add the powdered sugar and process.
Melt the chocolate, add it and mix well.
Add the cocoa powder and process until well combined.
Pour onto the desired pan, smooth the surface, and place it in the refrigerator until set.
Keep in the refrigerator or a sealed container.

After you make this, people will bag you for more, and this delight from "con delight" :-) is so perfect that you won't be able to stop munching. From only 4 ingredients you get insanely tasty Chocolate nougat candy
A while ago, I came across an idea, and I regrettably don't remember from where, of mixing a few ingredients according to a specific formula and making a nougat candy.
Because of that formula, I decided to mix a couple of ingredients that created this chocolatey candy. This candy is just unbelievably delicious, and if people might say to you: "It's such a shame you're eating all that chocolate," you can answer back: "It's actually quite healthy, you know, it has almonds in it" :-).
And seriously now, it is the perfect Passover recipe, even for those who don't consume legumes (kitnyot). Also, there is no problem for non-gebrokts eaters. Follow the recipe exactly and you won't disappoint :-)
