Philadelphia's boneless chicken thighs is a beautiful casserole of juicy boneless skinless chicken thighs with green beans seasoned with one special season.
Can you guess which seasoning?

I took out a tray of boneless, skinless chicken thighs off of the freezer to prepare something for Shabbas meal. What exactly? I had no idea.
I knew I am going to cut the chicken thigh into pieces and combine them with some vegetables.
Eventually, I decided to use the Philadelphia spice mix, hence the name - Philadelphia's chicken thighs.
Philadelphia mix is a mixture of spices that everyone makes differently, but its base is paprika, mustard, and herbs.
With a few basic ingredients and one spice, I got a wonderful, healthy, nutritious, and satisfying dish.
Philadelphia chicken thighs / recipe: con delight
Ingredients:
Measurements were made in universal cups and spoons
1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Giant onion, chopped
3 SOLO garlic cloves or about 5-6 regular cloves, sliced
About 947 grams (33.4 oz.) of skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
3 teaspoons of Neptune's Philadelphia spice mix
2 cups of frozen green beans
Preparation:
Place the green beans in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 5 minutes. Our goal is to defrost the beans and make them almost ready to be eaten.
If you don't have a microwave, you can defrost it in a pan or a pot. No need to add anything, since the beans are frozen and have enough water (ice).
Set the green beans aside and make the chicken.
To make the chicken:
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add in the onion and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Mix occasionally.
Add in the chicken strips and fry for 5 minutes. Mix occasionally. Add in the Philadelphia spice and mix well. Fry for 3 minutes.
Add the green beans we defrosted and fry for an extra 2 minutes or until the chicken is ready.
Serve and enjoy!
