No oven, no rising, no yeast, easy fix pizza recipe in a pan ready in under 10 minutes.
Everything in this quick-fix recipe is made from scratch, but you still get a fantastic pizza with homemade tomato sauce and dough that contains only 3 ingredients!

A few notes before we get started:
*I used buttermilk in the pizza dough, and it gives a beautiful texture to it. If you don't like buttermilk, you can try and substitute it with sour cream.
*I used baking soda in my recipe. Before you ask if you can replace the baking soda with baking powder in the recipe? The answer is NO. The baking soda helps neutralize the sourness of the buttermilk.
*I made this recipe using a homemade pizza sauce that you make without cooking. Of course, if you want, you can use store-bought pizza sauce.
*I used pizza flour. It is basically flour high in protein.
*For young kids, It's recommended to use a different type of cheese or not to use too much mozzarella since it is very stretchy and sticky when melted.
Pizza in a pan in 10 minutes/recipe: Con Delight
I measured using universal cups
Ingredients for 1 individual pizza:
Dough:
1 cup pizza flour or high protein flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
flour, for dusting
Sauce (the amount is sufficient for about 4 individual pizza - you can make more dough or prepare less sauce):
1 can finely diced tomatoes (400 gram)
oregano, About 1 heaping Tablespoon
Salt, according to taste
black pepper, according to flavor
sugar or sweetener, according to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese and toppings such as olives, corn kernels, etc.
Preparation:
1.Knead dough ingredients to a unified dough.
2.Mix the sauce ingredients. No cooking is needed.
3.Dust the dough and flatten on baking paper as much as possible to fit the size of a pan. Flour the dough enough so it won't stick to the paper.
4.Preheat a pan, and once hot, lower the heat to a low flame.
5.Transfer the dough to the pan.
6.Pour with plenty of tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese and toppings.
7.Close the pan with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
8.Transfer to a plate and cut into slices. Enjoy!
