The hazelnut spread is tasty as is, but I've decided to turn it into a simple and delicious dessert. Chocolate fudge with only three ingredients: Hazelnut spread, almond, and coffee powder.
Ingredients:
350 gram / 12.34 oz. hazelnut spread (Nutella would work here)
About 200 gram / 7.05 oz. almonds
1 tsp. coffee powder
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180C / 356F, turbo.
Arrange the almonds in a pan and roast for 10 minutes.
Transfer into a food processor and process into an almost smooth meal with a few tiny almond bits.
Add the coffee powder and mix and then add the hazelnut spread and mix again.
Transfer onto a pan and set in the fridge to set completely for the night.
I place a plastic wrap on the mixture to smooth the surface and protect it from any dirt. Cut into small pieces and serve.
