White delight - S'mores dessert recipe

I called this recipe a white delight since it consists: white marshmallows, Rice Krispies, white chocolate, butter, and whipping cream - a real white delight. 

I love campfire marshmallows, even without the chocolate and shortbread. But no one can argue that they add extra pleasure to each bite. I wanted to bring the campfire dessert straight home, so I made this treat in the oven, and it came out amazing.

As befits S'mores treats, you should serve this recipe fresh from the oven.

Ingredients:

¼ cup whipping cream

15 gram / 0.033 pound butter

120 gram / 0.265 pound white chocolate

½ cup rice Krispies

120 gram / 0.265 pound marshmallow

Preparation:

Preheat oven to the maximum temperature in grill mode. 

Melt together the whipping cream, butter, and white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, in pulses of 15 sec.

Pour into a 22cm/9 inch pan and sprinkle over the Rice Krispies. Place the marshmallows on top and bake for 1-1.5 minutes. Serve with shortbread on the side and start digging in.
