חדש במדף 12 - מוצרים חדשים על המדף שהתקבלו לסקירה וביניהם: האח של ביסלי, לחמית של אסם בטעמים חדשים, תיבוליות חדשות של דורות, חברה אחווה משיקה רוגלך וחלוות חדשות וחטיף דגנים חדש לחברת קורני.

New on the shelf no. 12 -  New products that I got to review and among them: the brother of Bissli, New flavors of Osem's crackers "Lachmit", new frozen Italian cubes by Dorot, Rugelach and Halva of Achva and the new Corny bar.

השבוע בפינה שלנו יצא לי לטעום כמה מוצרים חדשים שהגיעו לאחרונה למדף, אז בואו נתחיל :-)

בד"כ כשאומרים בתוכניות: "אה אתה האח של..", רומזים על כך שאתה נמצא מאחורי הקלעים והאח הוא המצליח, אבל לא כך בסדרת החטיפים החדשה של אסם - "האח של ביסלי".
האח של ביסלי הוא חטיף חדש וייחודי של אסם עם מראה המזכיר את הביסלי האהוב, אך מיוצר מתירס ולא מחיטה. המוצר החדש קראנצ'י יותר מביסלי רגיל ומכיוון שהוא מיוצר מתירס, הוא אינו מכיל גלוטן. הסדרה החדשה יוצאת בשלושה טעמים ספייסיים - ספייסי צ'ילי, מעושן וסלסה פיקנטית. כשר בהשגחת הבד"ץ העדה החרדית ירושלים.
דעתי: אני טעמתי את הגרסה המעושנת. לא כל כך הזכיר לי טעם מעושן, אך כן התאפיין בטעם פיקנטי טעים. מקווה שימשיכו לפתח את הסדרה הזו. 

This ween on our corner, I had the chance to try new products that went on the shelves not long ago, so lets start :-)

Usually when they say on shows: " Oh you're the brother of..", they mean that he is the successful one, but on Osem's new snack series it isn't.

The Brother of Bissli is a new unique snack that resembles the Bissli's look, but made of corn instead of wheat. The new product is crunchier than Bissli and because it is made out of corn, it doesn't contain gluten. 

The new series comes out in three flavors: spicy chili, smoked and spicy salsa. Kosher Badatz Jerusalem.

My opinion: I tasted the smoked version and although it didn't have a smoky flavor, it had a tasty spicy flavor. I hope they will keep developing this series. 

חברת אחווה משווקת שני מוצרים חדשים, האחד בתחום המאפים והאחר בגזרת החלווה.
בגזרת המאפים משווקת החברה, מאפה שמרים רוגלך במילוי שוקולד בכשרות פרווה של בד"ץ העדה החרדית ירושלים. הרוגעלך מגיעים באריזה חדשה, מהודרת וחגיגית שלא תבייש כל שולחן שבת ומחירם שווה לכל כיס. הרוגעלך מגיעים באריזת 400 גרם ומחירם נע בין 7-8 ש"ח. מוצרי אחווה הינם מאוד איכותיים ונמכרים במחירים מאוד זולים ואם אתם מחפשים באפילו יותר זול, תוכלו למצוא רבים ממוצרי אחווה בסופרמרקט של אושר עד במחירים ממש שווים. כשר בהשגחת הבד"ץ ירושלים.
דעתי: מדובר במוצר חביב שכמו שצויין על האריזה, מומלץ (ואף רצוי) לחמם במיקרו. בטעימה בלי חימום - המוצר היה בסדר ולאחר החימום הוא היה נחמד ואף טעים. לא ברמה של קונדיטוריה, אבל כשמדובר במוצר כזה זול ושווה לכל כיס, אין פה ויכוח.

Achva company launches two new product, the one from the pastry world and the other from the halva sector.

In the pastries sector, the company launches yeast pastry Rugelach filled with chocolate, kosher parve Badatz Jerusalem. The Rugelach come in a new fancy package that won't shame any Shabbos or holiday table. The rugelach come in a 400 gram package at a well worth price of 7-8 NIS. Achva products are very quality and sold very cheaply and if you want even cheaper, you can find their products sold at the cheapest price on Osher Ad supermarket. Kosher Badatz Jerusalem.

My opinion: It is a nice product and as stated on the package, it is recommended (and even preferred) to heat it a bit in the microwave before serving. Without warming it, it was okay, but after warming in the microwave it was nice and even tasty. Not confectionery level, but when you talk about how cheap it is, it is without a doubt worth it.

בגזרת החלבה, חברת אחווה ממשיכה לחדש ומשווקת בימים אלה חלוות רכות עם מגוון תוספות ייחודיות. החלוות החדשות של אחווה משווקות במיכל 3 קילו שכאשר הופכים אותו נראה כמו עוגה מרשימה ובאריזות 200 גרם עם מגוון תוספות: פירות יבשים, דבש שקדים, תפוז ופולי קקאו, פיסטוק ועוד. 
ט"ו בשבט עוד כחודש , אך זה רעיון נפלא כמתנת חג או להגשה בשולחן הברכות בחג הט"ו בשבט, מפני שגם מדובר במעדן טעים ויפה וגם בממתק בריא, שכן החלווה מיוצרת מטחינת שומשום שהינה מאכל בריא המכיל ויטמינים ומינרלים.
החלוות באריזת 200 גרם נמכרות במחיר המומלץ לצרכן של כ-8 ש"ח ועכשיו במחיר הכרות של 5-6 ש"ח. כשר בהשגחת הבד"ץ ירושלים.
דעתי: טעמתי את החלוות שיש עם הקקאו ומדובר בחלווה רכה מהרגיל שנמסה בפה וטעימה.

On the halva sector, Achva company launches new soft halvas with unique additions. The new halvas will be marketed in 3 kilo containers that once flipped looks like an impressive cake and in 200 gram packages with variety of topping: dried fruit, almond honey, orange and cocoa beans, pistachio and more.

Tu Bishvat is about a month away, but this could be a great holiday gift or serving on Tu Bishvat table, becasue it is tasty and beautiful and also healthy, since it is made of sesame tahini which contains vitamins and minerals.

The halvas are sold for 8 NIS to 200 gram package and for now in introductory price of 5-6 NIS. Kosher Badatz Jerusalem.

My opinion: I tasted the marbled halva with cocoa and it is soft than usual, melt in your mouth and tasty.

 

 חברת דורות משיקה מגשית תיבול חדשה בטעם איטלקי -

לבקשת הצרכנים, חברת דורות משיקה מגשית חדשה עם עשבי תיבול לבישול איטלקי. התיבוליות החדשות מתאימות למנות איטלקיות וים תיכוניות כפסטה, פיצה, פוקאצ'ות, בשרים, דגים וכיד הדמיון. הטבליות החדשות של דורות מגיעות באריזה מעוצבת עם 8 תיבוליות גדולות יותר בצירוף חוברת מתכונים להכנת מגוון מתכונים.
התיבוליות כשרות בהשגחת הרבנות שדות נגב וכשרות למהדרין הרב אפרתי במחיר מומלץ לצרכן הנע בין 8-12 ש"ח.
דעתי: שימוש בתבלינים טריים זה טוב וחשוב, אולם לא תמיד זה נוח. לי אישית לא יוצא להשתמש הרבה בעשבי תיבול טריים, מכיוון שעד שאני מגיעה אליהם הם כבר נוטים להתקלקל, אז הפתרון של דורות הוא בהחלט רעיון מצויין ונוח כשאין זמן לטפל בעשבי התיבול הטריים ופשוט שולפים מהמקפיא תיבולית ומוסיפים לתבשיל.
לאחר שניסיתי את התיבולית במתכון חדש שעשיתי, מדובר בהחלט בהצלחה. המתכון בקרוב באתר ובינתיים מוזמנים להציץ בסרטון בערוץ היוטיוב שלי או בפייסבוק.

Dorot company launches a new Italian frozen cubes -

The consumers requested this new tray of Italian herbs and Dorot launched this new tray of hearb for Italian cooking. 

The new cubes are suitable for Italian and Mediterranean dishes such as pasta, focaccia, meat, fish and where your imagination will take you. The new tablets of Dorot come in a designed package with 8 large cubes and a recipe pamphlet.

The cube are kosher by the Sedot Negev rabbinate and kosher Lemehadrin by Rabbi Efrati. Priced: 8-12 NIS.

My opinion: Using fresh seasoning is better and important, but not always convenient. Me personally don't get much to use fresh herbs, since until I make something with them they rot, so Dorot's solution is just perfect - just take a tray out of the freezer and add a cube to your dish.

חטיף דגנים חדש מבית קורני - סנדוויץ אגוזי לוז במילוי קרם חלב.
מותג קורני יוצא עם חטיף חדש במהדורה מוגבלת - שכבות של אגוזי לוז שביניהם קרם חלב. החטיף נמכר במארז הכולל 4 יחידות (כל יחידה 30 גרם) או ביחידה בודדת Corny Big בגודל 40 גרם.
החטיף החדש של קורני מגיע עם מילוי של 30% קרם חלב וכמו יתר חטיפי קורני, אינו מכיל חומרים משמרים וללא צבעי מאכל. כשר, אבקת חלב נוכרי.
דעתי: הקרם חלב לדעתי טעים, אולם הפעם אני חושבת שהוא לא משתלב עם החטיף עצמו.

The new corny - hazelnut sandwich with milk cream filling. Corny brand comes out with a limited edition cereal bar - layers of hazelnut with milk cream among them. The bar is sold on a package that contains 4 units (each unit contains 30 gram) or one Corny big bar which contains 40 gram.

The new bar of corny comes with 30% milk cream filling and like the rest of the corny bars, doesn't contain preservatives and no food coloring. Kosher, nochri milk.

My opinion: The milk cream is tasty, however I don't think it goes well with the bar itself.

 

לחמית של אסם בטעמים חדשים:
חברת אסם ממשיכה לחדש ולהציע לאוהבי מותג הקרקרים "לחמית" טעמים חדשים ומעניינים. שני הטעמים החדשים אותם משיקה החברה הם: לחמית זיתים המכילה דגנים מלאים וזיתים כבושים ולחמית עשבי תיבול המכילה חיטה מלאה בתוספת בזיליקום, רוזמרין, אורגנו ותימין.
אם מחפשים תחליף ללחם, הלחמית מהווה את התחליף המושלם והנוח. אורזים לדרך לחמית עם מגוון ירקות וממרחים וניתן לקחת לעבודה, לבית הספר או אפילו לפיקניק. המוצר כשר בהשגחת הבד"ץ ירושלים העדה החרדית.
דעתי: טעמתי את הלחמית עם הזיתים ובהחלט לא סתם קראו לה כך - טעם הזיתים מאוד מורגש בכל ביס וביחד עם הלחמית מתקבל שילוב טעים.

Osem's crackers - Lachmit in new flavors:

Osem keeps innovating and offers new flavors in their crackers brand "Lachmit". The two new flavors are: olives with whole grains and pickled olives and herbs with whole wheat and basil, Rosemarie, oregano and thyme.

If you're looking for bread alternative, this is a great and convenient substitute.

Pack yourself Lachmit with veggies and spreads to the go, for school, for work or even a picnic. The product is kosher by Badatz Jerusalem.

My opinion: I tasted the Lachmit with olives and it deserves its name - the taste of olives is really distinctive and combines well in the cracker.
