I don't know who started this trend, but it's a massive hit among people - Mini cereal pancakes served in milk.
I have decided to upgrade the game a bit and make mini cereal Nutella pancakes with only four ingredients!
And believe it or not, but you can make them parve and vegan.

What are cereal pancakes exactly?
Cereal pancakes have changed the way we look at pancakes. If we were used large pancakes with a cube of butter and luscious maple syrup or chocolate sauce, then this is OUT, and milk is IN. Well, at least in this case.

The pancakes are made using a pancake batter, and instead of creating large round pancakes, you make them much smaller, cereal-sized.
You can traditionally serve the pancakes with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, or any other topping you prefer.
Or, you can serve them in a bowl of milk.

I decided to make pancakes with Nutella or to be exact Nutella-style hazelnut spread. This pancake batter is with no eggs and is non-dairy.
With 4 ingredients, I got tasty and cute-looking pancakes that are fun to munch as is, without any sauce addition. And they are also great in a bowl of milk.




Mini cereal Nutella pancakes/recipe: con delight
The measurements were made using universal cups and spoons
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Nutella spread or non-dairy vegan hazelnut spread
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup white flour, sifted
1/3 cup water

Preparation:
Transfer the Nutella into a bowl and melt in the microwave for 20 seconds. This step is made to make the Nutella runny and easy to work with.

Add in the water, baking powder and flour, and mix well.
Mix vigorously to dissolve lumps. Transfer to a piping bag and cut a small hole to it.
It is important to make a small hole, so you can better control the piped mixture. You can, of course, use a squeeze bottle with a little mouth.

Heat a good pan with a non-stick coating. Once hot, lower the heat to medium-low and pipe small circles onto the pan.
When the pan is full of circles, cover it with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. Then flip all of the mini pancakes and let cook for extra 20 seconds. Enjoy as-is or serve in a bowl of milk.
