Chocolate pie

Saw this pie on a cookbook named "Cake of the week" from the "La'isha" (to the woman) magazine.
It looked so yummy and with mild changes to the crust, it came out terrific.

2 cups flour (280 gram)
200 gram butter, room temperature
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup sugar (100 gram)

Sweetened and condensed milk 497 ml
350 gram dark chocolate

Mix all the dough ingredients and knead until you get a smooth and uniformed dough.
Set in the refrigerator Covered with plastic wrap for an hour.
Roll the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap and when done, transfer it to a 26 cm pan and tighten it to the bottom and sides, scrap excess dough if needed by rolling the rolling pin on top of the pan from one side to the other.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Make their filling:
Melt the chocolate and mix with the sweetened condensed milk and pour it on top of the baked crust.
Put in the refrigerator until firm.
